Meet the Person Behind Content Lashmi

Hi, I’m Lashmi Bai Ravindrapandian, the creator of Content Lashmi.

Writing has always been more than a hobby for me. It’s how I learn, reflect, and share knowledge with others.

You can also find me at LR Virtual Classroom, where I write about Delivery Management, Agile, AI, and latest Tools & Technology.

In many ways, these websites capture two things I love doing – sharing experiences and sharing knowledge.

If Content Lashmi is my corner for experiences and personal reflections, then LR Virtual Classroom is my classroom for learning, teaching, and simplifying delivery management and technology concepts.

How Content Lashmi Started

After college, I started writing content, thanks to my dad and brother, who first encouraged me to blog.

In 2008, I launched my first blog, Lashmi’s Diary, a place where I could share my experiences. It ran until 2012, though I never took it too seriously. Still, that creative spark never faded.

Then came 2021, a year that changed everything.

During my Digital Marketing Internship, one of my assignments was to build a website from scratch.

And that’s how, Content Lashmi was born!

Going forward, Content Lashmi will be a space where I share experiences rather than digital marketing topics.

Content Lashmi will reflect Lashmi Bai Ravindrapandian‘s journey as someone who’s spent years managing chaos at work and at home, a lifelong learner, a mother whose world revolves around her son, a spiritually driven individual who believes mental well-being is more important than physical health, and someone who finds life’s biggest lessons in ordinary everyday moments.

Nothing too formal. Just honest experiences and reflections, shared the way I’d tell them to a friend over chai.
