A New Chapter for Content Lashmi in 2024
Content Lashmi has been quietly sitting on the internet since 2021, waiting to find its true purpose.
Back in 2021, during my Digital Marketing Internship, one of the assignments was to build a website from scratch.
That little assignment gave birth to Content Lashmi.
At that time, the website was designed around content writing and digital marketing because that was exactly what I was learning.
The articles, topics, and pages reflected that phase of my journey, and every post you see from those early days was created as part of that learning experience.
How Content Lashmi Began
After the internship, I honestly wasn’t sure what to do with the website. But there was one thing I really liked – the name Content Lashmi.
So, I simply kept the website running. Empty, but alive.
Over the years, many fellow interns moved into digital marketing careers or eventually took down their websites.
I continued my journey into the world of consulting, projects, delivery, and deadlines.
The days kept moving.
The website stayed.
However, somewhere in the back of my mind, I wanted to write about everyday moments – the failures, the happy moments, the funny incidents, the teary moments, the lessons from work, and the experiences that eventually turn into meaningful takeaways.
So, every now and then, I would write something and leave it quietly sitting in my drafts.
Looking back, keeping the website alive turned out to be one of the best decisions I never consciously made.
Why I’m Taking Content Lashmi in a New Direction
Over time, I realized something. The topics I enjoyed writing the most were not frameworks, concepts, or how-to articles. They were stories.
Stories that made me smile.
Stories that made me think.
Stories that taught me something.
Stories that I hoped someone else might relate to.
That’s when I realized that maybe Content Lashmi had found its real purpose.
So, as I step into 2024, I have decided to slowly turn Content Lashmi into something more personal.
A little corner of the internet where I can share:

- Experiences and reflections
- Workplace moments
- Professional journeys
- Lessons from everyday life
- Funny observations
- Things that simply made me pause and think
What You Can Expect Going Forward
Does this mean the older digital marketing and content writing posts are going away?
Absolutely not. Those posts are part of this website’s story.
They remind me where this journey began. Without that internship assignment, this website probably wouldn’t even exist today.
Every journey deserves its first chapter. This is simply the beginning of a new one.
Going forward, Content Lashmi will be less about topics and more about the stories, reflections, and experiences that have shaped the journey of Lashmi Bai Ravindrapandian – as a professional, a lifelong learner, a mother, a spiritually driven individual, and someone who loves sharing experiences and learnings from everyday life.
I don’t know exactly where this new direction will take me, and honestly, that’s part of the excitement.
But if some of these stories make someone smile, think, learn something new, or simply say,
“I can relate to that.”
